Job Profile – Associate Advocate
- Experience Required: 0–2 years

Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Advocate at ADA Legal, your responsibilities will include:
- Legal Research – Conducting thorough research on relevant laws, statutes, and case precedents to assist in building strong legal strategies.
- Drafting Legal Documents – Preparing pleadings, petitions, affidavits, contracts, and other legal drafts under expert supervision.
- Court Hearings – Attending court proceedings, observing case arguments, and assisting senior advocates during hearings.
- Client Interaction – Communicating with clients to gather case-specific data, understand legal issues, and provide updates.
- Case Preparation – Assisting in organising case files, preparing evidence, and formulating legal strategies with the team.
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. Degree from a recognized university.
- Enrolment with a State Bar Council is mandatory.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome.
- Strong drafting and research skills.
- Excellent communication and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced legal environment.
- Immediate availability is an added advantage.
