Note : Attempt all questions in Section-A and four questions from Section-B. Each question in Section-A carries 3 marks and each question in Section-B carries 14 marks.

4. Define Legislation. Differentiate between the Supreme and Sub-ordinate legislation.
5. How was the development of law described by Henry Mine ? Explain.
6. “Possession is nine points of law“. Discuss.
7. Define custom as a source of law. What are essentials of a valid custom ?
8. “Possession is prima facie evidence of ownership”. Comment.
9. Discuss the doctrine of ‘Ratio Deidendi’ as applicable in India.
